● Click on the person icon on the top left of the home page a sign in box will appear then click on create an account another box will appear enter your email address and then click on register.

● You will receive a link in your mailbox, click the link and your account will be activated.

● Then again click on the person icon and enter your name and password and click login.

● After you logged in again click on the person icon and fill up the required details and then you are good to go.

How to recover my user Id or password?

● You will be redirected to another page where you will need to fill in your username or registered email id.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not have a cancellation policy as we take efforts in packaging our products for delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order once I have placed it?

No, the product cannot be cancelled once placed but changes can be done before shipping you can call us on +91 88 2811 4446 after that they should follow exchange policy ( only for prepaid orders)

What if my order is missing, wrong and/or damaged items?

What if my order is eligible for return and refund?

Our refund policy is only for prepaid customers and after verification if your order is eligible for return and refund, You will get your refund in the period of 15 to 20 days in your registered account. If in case your account is not registered our customer care will contact you.
