Trec Legal Update 1 & 2

The goal of this edition of Legal Update 1 is to continue to challenge licensees to adhere to high ethical standards. New legal cases replace the cases presented in previous editions of this course. Students will be able to check; Education providers have 10 days to report course credit hours to TREC. As a general rule, we will do this for you within this period. You can check your credits at trec.texas.gov TREC Legal Update I – Real Estate Education Course, which you can find with the Real Estate Course Finder. TREC Legal Update I is provided by Texas Realtors and offers TREC CE credit hours®. We are pleased to announce that the two mandatory real estate training courses required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for sellers and real estate brokers in 2021-2022 are now available online. Both the TREC Legal Update I course and the TREC Legal Update II course are approved and are now offered online.
