My effiel Tower experience was really bad. I booked 7 tickets for my family and friends for the effiel tower. Tickets have been booked and confirmation from klook for this event has been received. The tour took place on June 25, 2019 at 11:15 am and we arrived at the operator`s home at 11:00 am. After a few email exchanges with klook, they did the right thing and made my full refund. I appreciate it and have completely changed my mind about it. In the end, they really solved my problem. It took a while, but in the end, they broke away! That`s what really matters. Tks! I have been using klook for many years to book tours, car rentals, and airport transfers. I have never had any problems and the prices are excellent. Now that you know what Klook is and they are legit, some of the advantages of the platform are: Chan S F, you really can`t blame any company for a typhoon that disrupts your vacation. I myself was stranded at Narita Airport on the day of this typhoon when JAL dropped me off my international flight and cancelled my connecting flight to Nagoya and I had nowhere to go because there were no domestic flights and all roads and rail lines in Narita were closed.
I was lucky that one of the train lines reopened after about 5 hours at the airport, so I took a train to Ueno and stayed in a capsule hotel for the night, then took the Shinkansen to Nagoya the next day. Klook Travel Australia is a scam as we paid for the PCR test for our trip in advance, but Klook didn`t provide any services and we had too much hassle to book at the last minute for the other test. I booked a Hong Kong airport transfer for 4 people (2adults, 2 children). Your website says booking for a group of 3. But other reviewers said they allowed extra kids, so I made the reservation 48 hours in advance, just in case they refused, I`ll be able to handle it. Then I was contacted 5 hours before my flight, they asked me 35% more for my 3 year old son!!. I requested cancellation, they said cancellations are allowed before 24 hours of booking!!. So I had no choice, I paid the money.
I did a review on the klook website, but my review was never published!! I now had to pay for two tickets directly from the Burj to see it before taking off, thanks to this disgusting and untrustworthy company that absolutely ruined my fucking 30th. So I paid twice to see the Burj and only saw it once! Not a legitimate businessI booked a tour to Bali called “Instagram Tour with Photographer” with Flex Plus, which gives me the option to get a refund if I cancel my tour. I had to cancel the tour due to bad weather and requested cancellation. They send a reply to my email after the refund period and now say they can`t refund. Your cancellation/refund process is not straightforward. I paid $36 for Spa World, but it now sells for $15 in klook.com. I want a refund for the $21 price difference, otherwise please allow me to cancel and refund me $36 in full. Please advise you. Dear travel companions and travel enthusiasts, reconsider the next time you buy Klook tickets when you are abroad.
Me and a group of friends were in Dubai, all ready to enjoy our day at a water theme park, and bought our tickets at klook. To our horror, this screen appeared! The banknotes have been reprinted, i.e. they have already been used! We had no choice but to call Klook to ask them to reissue the tickets, and we had to contact the site team, forward the phone to the site team to check again, and put on hold for 20 minutes long distance, and they still couldn`t find a solution for us. We were in limbo outside the park for an hour, and when we were done (we had to buy normal tickets at the counter as Klook had NO solution for us), the park was so crowded and all our plans for the day were thwarted. The worst is? The telephone bill was SGD 358. And you know what? Our dear “friend” Klook refused to refund the phone bill. So please think twice before using Klook the next time you`re abroad, you never know when you`ll get used tickets from them, and you`ll have to pay a bombshell to try to correct YOUR mistake and waste a lot of your precious travel time. After noticing that I had booked a commercial pickup truck, he contacted his company and promised that his company would send me another driver and a pickup truck. Then he left, leaving me at the airport. My family sat in the arrivals hall for almost an hour, but no one contacted me.

I must say that klook has done a lot of riots. with pathetic problem management. and insensitive teams. and especially the fake coupons and pathetic sellers they have in their list. I took a few coupons before going to Singapore via Klook.
First, a taxi service. for airport pickup that never arrived. And klook repaid the money for rhat. But thanks to Klook, I had a wonderful welcome in Singapore. and had to wait three hours at the airport. after 6 hours of flight . while their mismanagement wasted my time. And could not solve the problem with the supplier . In fact, velived on lying sellers. As far as they are concerned, the customer is always wrong. They have pilicy so now it seems.
Secondly. Your Multipass is useless. In fact, it`s a scam. You will only make it an activity. As with their voucher, you cannot book any other activities. And they won`t solve the problem in time. even bring their knowledge. And will not return the money for it.
So don`t book a rum service. nor take a multivoucher from them. And don`t expect them to solve a problem in time. So think before you take a coupon from them. Your money can be totally lost. The Klook is not the same. And they have idiots on their team. who are highly unskilled and unable to handle things on time. And it seems that Klook himself encourages scams.
After times of Covid. Then try a different service. As this will create trauma for you if you book through them, 2nd option after travel insurance, you can dispute any tickets or anything else purchased on your credit card, and it is up to the company to prove that you received the trip/tour/whatever you paid for. Honestly, I didn`t review was on this site when the order just thought it was the main page. Either way, order a ticket for the family. After an hour, no booking email, but I took my money, started investigating. I go back to ask klook, they finally say not to book because all are full. K first, why would you want to sell tickets that have sold and take my money first.
