Consult Off-Campus Housing Assistance (OCHA) to obtain housing The Office of Off-Campus Housing Assistance (OCHA) provides advice to Columbia students and affiliates when searching for rental housing on non-Columbia-owned properties. OCHA`s online database, the Housing Registry, contains lists of non-Columbian rooms and apartments to rent, sublet or divide (long-term or short-term) throughout the New York metropolitan area.
